Romanist and Hispanist. Poet and translator. Professor at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Her scientific activity is directed to the contemporary literature of the Spanish-speaking countries and to the cultural boundaries between both Romance and Latin American countries.

She is an author of the anthology of Czesław Miłosz poems translated into Spanish “Czesław Miłosz. Poemas”. She also translated some of his essays, as well as selected works of Jarosław Iwaszkiewicz and other Polish contemporary writers.

Currently, she holds the office of the Director of the Unit of Spanish and Latin American Literature in the Institute of Romance Studies of Adam Mickiewicz University.

Eva Rufo

She is a Spanish artist who moved to Poland twelve years ago. She works actively in such fields as theatre, dance and higher education. She is a lecturer in Spanish in the Institute of Linguistics of Adam Mickiewicz University.

She incorporates drama techniques in the teaching process. Her cooperation with students ends by writing a book and organizing annual Semanas de Cuento (Weeks of Storytelling). Since 2006 she has undertaken projects linking theatre and storytelling.

Aaron Sosa

Venezuelan photographer. Co-founder and member of the association of photographers “Luz Continua”. His photography is placed on the boundary of non-fiction and subjective art. He is a multiple award-winner for his documentary work and his photographs have been displayed in over 50 galleries in Europe and Latin America.

During his many travels to Poland he played the role of an ambassador of Latin American art by holding workshops and giving lectures mostly within the Latin America Kaleidoscope Project. In his free time he wanders the streets of cities searching for inspiration. He also spends his time working with young people from poor neighbourhoods of Caracas.
